How do I sign up for your newsletter?
Once you are logged in to your Mind Body account, go to MY INFO. From there, check the box to subscribe to our newsletter.
Where are you located
Temecula Studio: We are located in the same parking lot as Panera Bread.
Corona Studio: We are located in the Mi Tortilla and Starbucks shopping center.
Menifee Studio: We are located in the same parking lot as Jack in the Box and IHOP.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you will be given the option to add yourself to the waitlist when scheduling. If a spot becomes available and you are next on the waitlist, you will be added to the class and sent a confirmation email (Please make sure you are subscribed to email notifications). You then just show up to class for the scheduled time. If you choose to not be in the class, you MUST cancel yourself out, or the class will be forfeited. You will not be added to a class less than 12 hours before the class begins. With 12 hours of the start of a class, we recommend checking the schedule for any openings.
To check your waitlist status, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule. If you got into the class it will say “Waitlist Unconfirmed.” If you do not want this class, be sure to cancel/remove yourself.
How do I update my billing information or personal information?
Login to your MindBody account. Once you have logged in, click on MY INFO. From there you may edit your billing or personal information.
How can I see how many classes I have left and when they expire?
Login to your account, click on MY INFO, and then on ACCOUNT. Here you can view all of the packages you have purchased, how many classes are remaining, and their respective expiration dates. As a policy, we do not extend expiration dates on packages, so please be aware of the expiration when purchasing classes.
When should I arrive for class?
We ask that you always arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class, 10 minutes if it is your first time in. Clients coming in late can disrupt class flow and we want to make sure your instructor has every opportunity to make your class experience exceptional. If your scheduled class is full and you are 10 minutes late, your spot may be given to another waiting client.
How do I schedule a private session?
Private sessions are a great way to experience Pilates specifically for your body and its unique needs. Please purchase the private or semi-private package you would like through your location of choice. Then email your chosen studio with your preferred days and times and we will match you up with a suitable instructor.
Can I have my private event at your studio?
Yes!!! We love having in studio events. See our Events page for info.
Will you come to my location of choice and do a private class/event?
Of course! We love getting out of the studio and bringing Pilates to you. Visit our ‘Events’ page for information.
How do I purchase gift cards?
You may purchase them online by first choosing your location of choice. Click Schedule Your Class Tab, then the location gift card pricing will show up.
What is your cancellation policy?

Can I share classes between the locations?
You may use classes between the Menifee and Temecula locations ONLY. Our Corona location is separately owned and classes cannot be shared/transferred over
Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant?
Yes! Once you get cleared by your doctor, Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise throughout your pregnancy. You have the option of taking private classes or our Reformer 1 classes.
How old do you have to be to take a class?
14 years or older. If you are under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian.
How do I sign up for Text Message reminders?
Log into your profile, go your ‘Personal Info’ and click edit. Scroll down to ‘Notification Preference’ at the bottom and you can choose your preference there. Make sure your mobile provider is listed right below this and please make sure your cell phone number is correct.
